Funding request – Revenue Zone

A funding request to a lender or investor should include the following:

Introduction
Business plan including financial projections
Capital requirements (total needed)
- One-time costs (or capital expenditure budget if the one-time costs will be spread out over time)
- Recurring costs (also called operating expenses)
Capital available (what you already have)
Financing plan (what you plan to seek from different sources)
The funding request (what you’re seeking from this lender or investor, and how it fits into the plan)
Use of funds (how you will use the capital you raise)
